● Event Scheduling Checklist

Complete the tasks in the order they appear to schedule your Facebook Live event.

Open Schedule a Live Video on Facebook to schedule the event
Change “Post on timeline” to “Post to Page you manage”
Pick a date/time and write a title and description for the Announcement Post.
Pick the Announcement Post image (jpg or png format). Use this template for the correct size.
Enable “Use a Persistent Stream Key”
Disable “End live video if stream stops”
Click “Schedule Live Video”
Open Upcoming Live Videos & Events and copy the Announcement Post link
Close any open Facebook windows
